  We ate at the Cafe and were impressed! We ordered 3 different entrees and all 3 were delivered in a timely manner, soup was hot, salad was cold, each dish was delectable.

  Amazing experience! I took my girlfriend there for her birthday / valentines day, and it was a really great experience. You can easily see the effort that goes into the maintenance of the facilities. While it may be a bit pricey, the thermal experience is quite cheap for what you get. If you're looking for a day to just unwind, catch up on reading or to treat your partner, amongst many other things, then this is the place to go!

  Went for the first time a couple days ago and it was really nice. The value is excellent as there are so many different pools and saunas to use without paying extra. But, it is a very busy place ( I went on a Tuesday and there were a surprising amount of people ) and I can imagine on weekends it being packed. Overall, I had a lovely experience and felt very relaxed throughout the day. The spa itself was beautiful and everything looked well maintained. I would definitely go again.

  Been to the Nordik Spa twice now once in the summer and once in the winter. Both visits I've spent more than half a day here and loved every moment of it. The Spa offers many different saunas and open baths and relaxation areas. It has a lounge area as well if you want enjoy a drink or a snack. Staff members were super helpful and friendly. If you are planning a visit I recommend the winter season as the experience is just unreal, being cold then entering a hot sauna is amazing. Can't wait for my next visit!

  Had a lovely experience here with my boyfriend while staying the night in Ottawa before an Ottawa senators game. Very relaxing we received a swedish couples message that felt amazing! We also added to our package that we could use the outdoor pools, and the floating salt bath. Both extra but very worth it and would recommend! Worth a visit!! I will be back next time I'm in Ottawa.

  An amazing experience!! Very relaxing and enjoyed a day away. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The sauna's were amazing, the pools ahhhhh amazing!! Clean change areas and bathrooms, they take good care of their environment!!
